Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Registration is confirmed only after an authorized organizer verifies receipt of the external payment. Do not send money before registration is officially open.

Participation
The event is planned as a one-day, in-person hackathon. Participants must follow the final code of conduct, safety guidance, submission rules and venue requirements shared by organizers.
Projects and judging
Participants retain ownership of their work. Final eligibility, judging criteria, team-size limits, submission format and the handling of results will be published before registration opens.
Final terms, age eligibility, participant conduct and cancellation rules require organizer review before launch.
